One of our prestigious clients, a leading Sofa Manufacturing Factory in Colombo, is looking for experienced Managers to oversee operations, coordinate teams, and ensure efficient production and quality standards.

Salary

LKR 80,000 – 100,000

Responsibility

• Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage production schedules and monitor output quality.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate factory teams to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and manufacturing standards.
• Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for raw materials.
• Identify process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Prepare reports on production, performance, and operational issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing or production management, preferably in furniture or related industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and factory operations.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in Colombo with immediate availability.
